Technology Architect

Job Summary

We are seeking a Technology Architect with 12 to 15 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Amazon Connect and Amazon Lex along with domain experience in Medicare and Medicaid Claims Claims and Payer. This hybrid role requires a deep understanding of these technologies and domains to drive innovative solutions and enhance our service offerings. The position operates on a day shift with no travel requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable solutions using Amazon Connect and Amazon Lex to enhance customer interactions and streamline processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Amazon technologies with existing systems ensuring seamless operations.
• Analyze complex Medicare and Medicaid Claims data to identify patterns and develop strategies for process improvement.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all architectural designs and implementations.
• Provide technical guidance and support to development teams ensuring adherence to architectural standards and best practices.
• Oversee the deployment of solutions ensuring minimal disruption to business operations and optimal performance.
• Monitor system performance and make necessary adjustments to maintain efficiency and reliability.
• Conduct regular assessments of current systems and recommend enhancements to improve functionality and user experience.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in Amazon technologies and healthcare claims processing to drive innovation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards in all architectural designs and implementations.
• Lead efforts to optimize claims processing workflows reducing errors and improving turnaround times.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement encouraging team members to explore new technologies and methodologies.

Qualifications

• Possess a strong background in Amazon Connect and Amazon Lex with proven experience in designing and implementing solutions.
• Demonstrate expertise in Medicare and Medicaid Claims with a deep understanding of the payer domain.
• Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable insights.
• Show proficiency in creating detailed technical documentation and architectural diagrams.
