We are seeking a dynamic Tele-Sales Filtering Agent to join our Bucharest sales team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers, initiating and handling calls to promote our products and services. Your primary responsibility will be to qualify leads, provide accurate information, and schedule appointments or test drives, ensuring a seamless handover to our Sales Agents for deal closure.

Your Key Responsibilities will be to:

  • Initiate and handle outbound/inbound calls with prospects who contacted us, to qualify leads.
  • Assess prospects’ needs, budget, and purchase intent.
  • Promote products/services and provide accurate information.
  • Schedule appointments and test drives for sales teams.
  • Maintain CRM records with lead details and interactions.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments

Requirements

  • Experience: 1+ year in tele-sales, call center, or customer service (preferred).
  • Strong active listening and objection-handling abilities.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM practices- nice to have
  • Ability to build productive business professional relationships
  • Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
