We are seeking a motivated and articulate Telecaller Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, presenting products or services over calls, and maintaining strong customer relationships. This role demands effective communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and convert them into sales.
  • Present and explain products/services effectively to customers over the phone.
  • Manage customer relationships by providing prompt responses and resolving queries.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in the system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet sales targets and improve overall customer experience.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.

Requirements:

  • Strong verbal communication skills with a clear and confident tone.
  • Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati is required.
  • Prior experience in telecalling or telesales is highly preferred.
  • Ability to handle sales calls with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Capable of understanding customer needs and presenting suitable solutions.
  • Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain records efficiently.
  • Team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
