• Conduct thorough testing of software applications to ensure quality and functionality.
• Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve defects.
• Develop and execute test plans and test cases for various software projects.
• Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in testing.
• Utilize technical skills in .Net CITS Java and Visual Basic to enhance testing processes.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to support project goals and timelines.
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve software quality.
• Implement automated testing solutions to increase efficiency and coverage.
• Monitor and track software defects and work towards their resolution.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the testing team.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements in testing methodologies.
• Support the development of testing documentation and guidelines. Qualifications
• Possess strong technical skills in .Net CITS Java and Visual Basic.
• Have experience in Finance & Accounting Governance Risk & Compliance or Property & Casualty Insurance is advantageous.
