You will be responsible for overseeing and executing the full testing lifecycle of an integrated e-payment system, including planning, design, execution, and automation of tests, as well as defect tracking and performance analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end testing for an integrated e-payment solution
- Interpret business and system requirements to develop effective test strategies
- Set up and maintain test environments
- Design and implement manual and automated test cases
- Use scripting or programming languages for test automation and performance tuning
- Ensure test coverage through traceability and gap analysis
- Document and manage defects, ensuring resolution
- Review test outcomes with internal and external stakeholders
- Conduct root cause analysis on production and UAT issues
- Produce clear technical documentation and user guides for testing tools and solutions
Requirements
- Degree in IT, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in test execution and automation involving devices or backend systems
- Familiarity with the entire system development lifecycle
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- ISTQB or equivalent testing certification (preferred)
- Prior experience in micro-payment systems, smart card technologies, or automated fare collection systems is advantageous
- Hands-on knowledge of various test phases such as SIT, UAT, and performance testing
