About the role

As a Test Manager, you will make an impact by leading and executing testing strategies for financial services applications, with a focus on ISO XML 20022 Messages, Swift, and FTI/FCC functional testing. You will be a valued member of the Quality Engineering & Assurance team and work collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders and client teams to ensure high-quality delivery and compliance.


In this role, you will:

  • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive test strategies for financial services applications.
  • Oversee testing processes for ISO XML 20022 Messages, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  • Coordinate Swift and FTI/FCC functional testing across teams to ensure seamless integration.
  • Provide expert guidance on client management and onboarding within the investment banking domain.
  • Analyze test results and deliver detailed reports with actionable insights to stakeholders.

What you need to have to be considered:

  • 10–14 years of experience in testing and quality assurance within financial services.
  • Strong expertise in ISO XML 20022 Messages and Swift testing.
  • In-depth knowledge of FTI/FCC functional testing processes.
  • Proven experience in client management and onboarding in investment banking.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
