Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
• Oversee the implementation of TIBCO solutions ensuring they meet technical and business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of TIBCO iProcess Work Model into existing systems.
• Develop and maintain project plans schedules and budgets ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Monitor project progress and performance identifying and mitigating risks to ensure successful outcomes.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders ensuring all parties are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide technical guidance and support to project teams leveraging expertise in TIBCO technologies.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in project management and software development.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives identifying opportunities to enhance processes and increase efficiency.
• Prepare and present project status reports to senior management highlighting key achievements and challenges.
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment promoting teamwork and innovation.
• Utilize data-driven insights to inform decision-making and optimize project outcomes.
• Ensure that all project deliverables align with the companys strategic objectives and contribute to its overall mission.

Qualifications

• Possess a strong background in TIBCO technologies with hands-on experience in TIBCO iProcess.
• Demonstrate excellent project management skills with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time.
• Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on achieving results.
• Have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills capable of engaging with diverse teams.
• Show proficiency in developing and managing project plans schedules and budgets.
• Display a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends.
• Hold a bachelors degree in a relevant field with a preference for candidates with a masters degree.
