Trade Assistant

We're looking for a motivated and reliable Trade Assistant / Storeperson to join our team on a large, multi-building industrial site. This is a full-time, Monday to Friday position that requires a proactive individual with strong communication skills and computer literacy.

About the Role

You will be the key point of contact for multiple contractors, assisting with their needs across the site's various mechanical workshops, warehouses, and admin buildings. Your duties will include:

• Receiving and dispatching goods

• Managing stock and maintaining inventory records

• Operating a forklift to move materials and equipment

• Assisting tradespeople and contractors with their on-site needs

• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment

What We're Looking For

• Forklift license is essential.

• Strong computer literacy for inventory management and communication.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—you’ll be dealing with a wide range of people daily.

• The ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.

• A reliable and positive attitude.

Requirements

• Must be an Australian citizen.

• Willing to undergo an Australian Federal Police (AFP) check.

• Available to start immediately.

• Physical fitness for a role that involves manual handling.
