Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Trainee HR Executive to support day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, performance management coordination, and general HR administration. This role is ideal for fresh graduates eager to gain hands-on exposure to core HR processes in a structured corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate onboarding activities including documentation, induction sessions, and system access setup
  • Coordinate offboarding processes, ensuring smooth exits and completion of clearance procedures
  • Assist in performance management cycle activities (goal tracking, appraisal coordination, data management)
  • Maintain and update HR records, files, and employee databases
  • Support HR policies and process compliance across departments
  • Assist in employee engagement and internal communication initiatives
  • Provide administrative support for daily HR operations

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (fresh graduates encouraged to apply)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic understanding of HR operations and policies is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced work environment
