Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Trainee HR Executive to support day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, performance management coordination, and general HR administration. This role is ideal for fresh graduates eager to gain hands-on exposure to core HR processes in a structured corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate onboarding activities including documentation, induction sessions, and system access setup
- Coordinate offboarding processes, ensuring smooth exits and completion of clearance procedures
- Assist in performance management cycle activities (goal tracking, appraisal coordination, data management)
- Maintain and update HR records, files, and employee databases
- Support HR policies and process compliance across departments
- Assist in employee engagement and internal communication initiatives
- Provide administrative support for daily HR operations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (fresh graduates encouraged to apply)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of HR operations and policies is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced work environment
