Job Summary

We are seeking a Process Executive-CDM/PV with 0 to 3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills in MS Excel and domain experience in Customer Management and Complaint Management within the Life Sciences sector. This hybrid role involves rotational shifts and does not require travel.


Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize MS Excel to manage and analyze customer data accurately.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues promptly.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide timely feedback to management regarding customer concerns.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies.
  • Monitor and report on customer service metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service techniques.
  • Support the team in achieving customer service targets and goals.
  • Communicate effectively with customers through various channels.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the customer service department.
  • Adapt to rotational shifts to ensure coverage and support for customers at all times.


Qualifications

  • Must have strong technical skills in MS Excel to manage and analyze data efficiently.
  • Must have domain experience in Customer Management within the Life Sciences sector.
  • Must have experience in Complaint Management within the Life Sciences sector.
  • Should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Should be detail-oriented and able to maintain accurate records.
  • Should be able to work collaboratively in a team environment.


Certifications Required

Certification in MS Excel or Customer Service Management is preferred.
