Job Purpose:
Responsible for driving new agent performance during the first month, ensuring batch certification, and managing the training calendar in alignment with business goals.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare sales trainers to deliver high-impact training by onboarding them to sales processes, scripts, and product knowledge.
- Monitor live training sessions to provide feedback and improve training quality and effectiveness.
- Develop individualized coaching plans and conduct refresher programs for underperforming agents.
- Design and structure training initiatives to support key financial and sales targets.
- Conduct training exercises and knowledge sessions for both new joiners and existing sales teams.
- Maintain and regularly update training knowledge articles; monitor adoption and usage across teams.
- Create training tools, scripts, and rebuttals based on feedback and training needs identified by the Quality team.
- Support and lead a team of trainers, driving capability development and ensuring alignment with overall training strategy.
Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (BA / BCom / BSc / BBA / BCA / BE / BTech or equivalent).
Experience:
10–18 years of experience in training and development, preferably within sales or banking domains.
