Training Manager (Remote)

Cognizant is looking to hire an experienced Training Manager to Certify and prepare trainers to deliver effective training programs using a variety of learning methods

Work model: Remote

What you need to have to be considered:

· Certify and prepare trainers to deliver effective training programs using a variety of learning methods.

· Equip trainers with technical and functional knowledge, skills, and behaviors needed for their specific programs.

· Ensure trainers demonstrate strong facilitation skills to deliver training effectively.

· Provide ongoing coaching and support to trainers to reinforce learning objectives.

· Manage strategic relationships with internal and external partners.

· Observe and evaluate trainers to ensure they meet company standards and provide recommendations for improvement.

· Assess training effectiveness and report outcomes to leadership.

· Collaborate with design and delivery teams on pilot programs to meet specific business needs.

· Represent the Learning & Development team in audits to ensure compliance.

These will help you stand out:

· Excellent training facilitation skills.

· Demonstrated ability to be flexible and adaptable to changing needs and circumstances.

· Experience with Google Suite and Smartsheets.

· Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of relevant work experience.

· Experience leading Training Certifications.

· Wireless Communications experience.

· BPO Management/Training experience.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $50,000.00 - $61,000.00 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
