Your Responsibilities
Deliver compassionate and individualized care to residents.
Administer medications and treatments.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create care plans.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
Key Requirements
Minimum of 6 months of experience in aged care.
Current AHPRA registration.
Compliance with all DOH guidelines.
