Tricentis SAP QA Tool Admin – Tosca / LiveCompare

About the role

As a Tricentis SAP QA Tool Admin – Tosca / LiveCompare, you will make an impact by managing and optimizing the suite of quality assurance tools used across SAP and non-SAP projects. You will be a valued member of the Quality Engineering team and work collaboratively with development, DevOps, and product teams to ensure seamless testing operations and tool integrations.

In this role, you will:

· Administer and maintain QA tools including Tosca, Tosca DEX, Tosca Vision AI, qTest, NeoLoad, and LiveCompare.

· Support tool integrations, external data sources, and workspace configurations.

· Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and manage patches/upgrades.

· Manage user roles, permissions, and access controls across platforms.

· Ensure platform security, compliance, and audit readiness.

· Document configurations and support onboarding of technical users.

· Create reports and dashboards for stakeholders.

· Maintain test evidence and documentation in Confluence, SharePoint, and Tricentis Support Portal.

· Coordinate test activities and contribute to continuous improvement in test strategy and automation frameworks.

· Design, develop, and execute automated test cases using Tricentis Tosca.

· Support service management and defect tracking via ServiceNow.

What you need to have to be considered:

· 12+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 2 years focused on test automation using Tricentis Tosca.

· Hands-on experience with Tosca DEX, Tosca Admin, and Vision AI.

· Strong understanding of test automation frameworks and best practices.

· Proven experience with test tool administration and user management (e.g., qTest, ADO, JIRA).

· Familiarity with API testing using tools such as Postman.

· Proficiency in documentation tools such as Confluence and SharePoint.

· Experience working with ITSM platforms like ServiceNow.

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Strong communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

· Comfortable working in a remote/virtual desktop (VDI) environment.

These will help you stand out:

· Experience submitting and managing support cases through the Tricentis Support Portal.

· Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.

· Basic knowledge of scripting or programming (e.g., Python, JavaScript).

· Certification in Tricentis Tosca (e.g., Automation Specialist).

Salary and Other Compensation

The annual salary for this position is between $95,850 to $152,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
