Responsibilities
- Engage with Turkish-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat to address their inquiries and provide assistance.
- Offer detailed information about products, order processing, and company policies.
- Resolve customer complaints effectively, ensuring a satisfactory resolution.
- Document all customer interactions accurately and maintain up-to-date records.
- Collaborate with the retail and e-commerce teams to enhance customer experience.
- Stay informed about the latest product offerings and promotions to provide up-to-date information to customers.
- Collect and report customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
- Fluency in Turkish and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, particularly in the retail or e-commerce sectors, is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on service excellence.
- Ability to handle multiple inquiries simultaneously and effectively manage customer expectations.
