Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned UAT Manager / Test Lead for a long-term contract role based in Santa Clara Valley, CA. This role will oversee end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities for complex, integrated enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UAT leadership, experience across various SDLC methodologies, and excellent stakeholder communication skills.

Key Requirements:
• 8+ years of hands-on UAT experience, including test planning, coordination, and execution.
• Proven track record as a UAT Lead for large-scale, cross-functional projects.
• Strong understanding of sales and sales operations processes, preferably in consumer channel environments.
• Expertise in Release and Change Management processes (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Iterative).
• Hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform preferred.
• Proficiency in test automation frameworks and design best practices.
• Solid project management knowledge with the ability to align testing with lifecycle milestones.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills across technical and business stakeholders.
• Experience working with distributed/global teams.
• High attention to detail, ownership, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities:
• Lead UAT activities for feature releases, enhancements, and production deployments.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure business requirements are fully tested.
• Develop UAT strategy, test plans, scripts, test cases, and test reports.
• Review and validate requirements and test coverage.
• Manage test data, test environments, and reporting dashboards.
• Monitor and report UAT metrics, including SLAs, KPIs, and defect trends.
• Facilitate triage calls and ensure resolution of UAT issues with IS&T and business teams.
• Conduct release readiness reviews and post-release retrospectives.
• Document UAT best practices, templates, and lessons learned for process improvement.
• Communicate UAT status, risks, and mitigation plans to stakeholders and project managers.
• Collaborate with QA, development, and operations teams to ensure seamless releases.

• Experience with UAT coordination in a Salesforce ecosystem.
• Familiarity with test tools like HP ALM, JIRA, Zephyr, or similar.
• Prior experience supporting Sales, CRM, or B2B systems.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous, enterprise environment.
