We are excited to invite an engaging and passionate US Regional Human Resources Business Partner to join our dynamic team onsite! In this pivotal role, you will play a significant part in shaping our workplace culture and fostering employee engagement across our US operations.

You'll work closely with management and teams to develop and implement HR initiatives that align with our business goals. You'll bring your expertise in talent management, employee relations, and performance management to the table while championing a collaborative and inclusive workplace community.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Partner with managers to understand business priorities and provide HR guidance aligned with their strategic objectives.
  • Drive talent acquisition efforts in collaboration with hiring managers, ensuring we attract top-tier candidates who align with our company values.
  • Responsible for accurate and timely payroll processing and benefits administration for employees within the region.
  • Conduct employee onboarding and orientation programs that set our new hires up for success.
  • Support performance management processes and assist in the development of individual growth plans for employees.
  • Facilitate employee relations activities, advocating for both our employees and the overall business.
  • Identify training needs and drive the development and delivery of effective training programs.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on HR policies and processes, ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Engage in various HR projects that enhance the employee experience and strengthen organizational culture.

This position reports to the Global HR Leader, working with the global HR team to achieve HR department goals and initiatives.

Requirements

We’re looking for someone with 5+ years of experience in a human resources business partner or generalist role, preferably in a manufacturing or technical environment. Two or more years working in a global organization is preferred.

A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience, is required.

Human resources certification, PHR or SHRM-CP, is preferred.

Intermediate or advanced proficiency with MS Office Suite (Teams, Word, Excel and PowerPoint), as well as HRIS/Payroll software.

Your strong communication skills, ability to build relationships, and a knack for solving complex HR issues will set you apart. Familiarity with HR software and compliance will round out your qualifications.
