We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UX/UI Designer with 1–3 years of hands-on experience to join our dynamic product team. As a UX/UI Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping user experiences and crafting beautiful, intuitive interfaces that delight users and meet business goals. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to transform ideas into seamless digital experiences.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and user experience.
- Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to guide design decisions and validate hypotheses.
- Design and iterate user interfaces for web and mobile platforms using Figma.
- Ensure designs are consistent with brand guidelines while being functional and user-friendly.
- Take ownership of the end-to-end design process — from wireframing to final hand-off to development.
- Maintain and update design systems and UI components in Figma.
- Stay up to date with the latest UX trends, UI patterns, and emerging tools.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of professional experience in UX and UI design.
- Proficiency in Figma for designing, prototyping, and collaboration.
- Strong portfolio showcasing both UX and UI work, including design systems, wireframes, and pixel-perfect UI screens.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and usability best practices.
- Experience in creating responsive web and mobile designs.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Attention to detail with a strong sense of aesthetics and usability.
- Good communication skills with the ability to present and explain design decisions effectively.
Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have):
- Experience with tools like Adobe Creative Suite, FigJam, or similar for visual design and brainstorming.
- Familiarity with basic HTML/CSS to understand design feasibility.
- Experience working in startup or product-based environments.
