Requirements

Experience Needed:

• Onboarding Support

Guide new VAs through a smooth and welcoming onboarding experience.

• VA Point of Contact

Act as the go-to for any questions, concerns, or support needs from our VA community.

• Cross-Department Coordination

Work with internal teams (Ops, Sourcing, Client Success) to ensure VA concerns are addressed promptly and collaboratively.

• Check-Ins & Ongoing Engagement

Conduct regular check-ins with VAs to monitor satisfaction, gather feedback, and offer support.

• Inbox & Records Management

Maintain the HR inbox and keep accurate, up-to-date HR records for all VAs.

• Slack Community Management

Foster a vibrant and supportive Slack community through daily interaction, updates, and engagement.

• Events & Engagement

Plan and host virtual townhalls, regional meetups, and other internal community events.

• Internal Comms

Own all company-related communications to the VA community — from roll-outs to updates and celebrations.

Good to have:

• HR-Savvy: You have prior experience in Human Resources or employee engagement roles (preferred).

• A Confident Host: You’re comfortable facilitating both virtual calls and in-person events with energy and clarity (preferred).
