In this role, you'll perform diagnostics, repairs, reworks, and routine maintenance—playing a critical part in ensuring our vehicles operate at their best.

🛠️ What You’ll Do

  • Perform expert-level diagnostics, inspections, and repairs according to detailed work instructions and safety protocols.
  • Conduct multi-point system checks and preventative maintenance to ensure vehicles are road-ready and operating at peak performance.
  • Sign off on completed repairs and function as the QC check to ensure accuracy and safety.
  • Travel locally as needed to configure, troubleshoot, or sign off on vehicles at different locations.
  • Maintain organization of shop tools, parts inventory, and workspaces.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and communication.
  • Comply with safety standards and environmental regulations (OSHA, hazardous waste, etc.).
  • Utilize digital service platforms for documentation, diagnostics, and workflow management.

🕑 Available Schedules

  • Tuesday–Friday: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM & Saturday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
  • Monday–Friday: 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM

Requirements

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of hands-on technician experience in automotive maintenance and repair
  • Deep knowledge of electrical systems, ADAS, CAN, and data collection tools
  • A clean and excellent driving record
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and work independently with strong follow-through
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A collaborative, trustworthy, and self-starting attitude

🎯 Bonus Points For

  • ASE or manufacturer certifications
  • Technical trade school certificate or Associate Degree
  • Experience in R&D or engineering environments (Dyno, Battery Labs, etc.)
  • Proficiency with Linux-based diagnostic systems
  • Advanced diagnostic skills on:
    • High-voltage (HV) systems and hybrid drivetrains
    • CAN/LIN networks
    • HVAC, chassis, and suspension systems
  • Experience reading wiring diagrams, soldering, and transporting vehicles via trailer
  • Willingness to travel locally and occasionally nationwide
