We are seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join as Vice President – Founder's Office. This role is critical in enabling cross-functional execution, streamlining operations, and acting as a force multiplier for the leadership team. The ideal candidate brings a blend of strategic thinking, operational excellence, and strong stakeholder management skills.

Requirements

Key Pillars of the Role

1. Business Operations & Execution

  • Drive daily operations across key verticals including HR, Finance, Compliance, Admin, and Client Service.
  • Lead daily review meetings focused on sales activities, interdepartmental dependencies, and performance dashboards.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks, implement structured solutions, and enforce accountability across functions.
  • Manage internal tools such as Zoho Bigin, Zoho Desk, and Zoho Recruit, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting across departments.

2. Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Serve as a central liaison between the CEO and internal departments including Business Heads, Operations, HR, Finance, and Business Development.
  • Drive weekly and monthly business reviews, monitoring key metrics such as AUM growth, client referrals, sales pipeline, and client experience.
  • Ensure SOP adherence and turnaround time compliance across all internal operations.
  • Bring clarity, structure, and momentum to execution processes across teams.

3. People, Process & Culture

  • Partner with HR on recruitment, onboarding, and managing the employee lifecycle.
  • Define and institutionalize performance management systems, KRAs, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Foster a high-performance culture centered on ownership, integrity, and execution.

Who Should Apply

  • MBA from top-tier institutions (ISB, IIMs, XLRI) or a background in Tier-1 consulting or high-growth startups.
  • 3–5 years of experience in business operations, founder’s office, strategy, or consulting roles.
  • Highly structured and analytical with excellent communication skills.
  • Strong interest in building scalable systems and solving operational challenges.
