About the Position
We are looking for a highly organized and efficient Virtual Assistant to support our real estate operations. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of the real estate industry and experience with administrative tasks. Responsibilities include managing schedules, coordinating communications, maintaining property listings, and handling general office support. The role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently to ensure smooth daily operations.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage and organize schedules and calendars for real estate agents and team members.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling communications and inquiries via phone and email.
- Prepare, update, and maintain property listings on various platforms, including MLS.
- Assist with the preparation of contracts, presentations, and other important real estate documents.
- Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, file management, and organizing virtual documents.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a Virtual Assistant, preferably in a remote setting.
- Strong background in the real estate industry, with a good understanding of standard practices and terminology.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a high level of professionalism.
