Our Richmond facility is looking for talented individuals to add to our floor leadership team.

This is a full-time opening with overtime, as needed. PM Shift. Sunday - Thursday.

Salary Range $24-26 per hour.

Our Leadership Associates are responsible for the efficient performance of warehouse activities to meet and exceed our customer expectations. Duties include but not limited to:

Operational Oversight

  • Manage and ensure the smooth operation of the assigned warehouse dock
  • Distribute daily work assignments and monitor completion and compliance with customer SOPs.
  • Perform all warehouse functions and operate material handling equipment as needed.
  • Use RF devices for receiving, put-away, picking, and relocation when applicable.

Safety & Compliance

  • Participate in scheduled safety walkthroughs with the Compliance Manager.
  • Ensure all team members complete and properly sign MHE inspection forms before operating equipment.
  • Conduct random audits of safety documentation and enforce adherence to safety protocols.
  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and regulatory compliance.

Leadership & Communication

  • Lead by example to foster accountability within the team.
  • Provide on-the-job training and support for new employees.
  • Collaborate with supervisors and cross-functional teams to improve operations and training practices.
  • Maintain effective communication across shifts to ensure continuity and issue resolution.
  • Consistently monitor and respond to operational emails and provide daily recaps to leadership.
  • Communicate and email updated shipping schedules and route updates
  • Send recap reports/daily closing updates

Inventory & Quality Control

  • Conduct inventory checks, including temperature recorder (TTR) levels and pallet count reconciliations.
  • Review production sheets, outbound BOLs, and order audits for accuracy.
  • Address and document defective or damaged products with timely corrective action.
  • Ensure all BOLs are closed and properly filed

 

Requirements

  • Able to work independently without direct supervision and prioritize work
  • Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job
  • Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, as well as being able to multi-task
  • Must have strong command of the English language, both written and verbal
  • Experience using computer programs including email
  • Requires ability to stoop, bend, lift up to 50 lbs unassisted, repetitively and consistently, stand for long periods and operate Material Handling Equipment (MHE)
  • Capable of conflict free working relationships with co-worker
  • Leadership experience is highly desirable
  • Bi-lingual candidates preferred
  • Ability to pass a post offer, pre-employment drug screen
