Location: Epping
Permanent full time position
Salary: $75K+

About:

This role is a combination of on-road, counter and phone sales /Customer service, along with store work and inventory management as required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide sales-focused customer service in-person and over the phone, ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
• Processing customer purchase orders accurately and efficiently
• Providing customers with accurate pricing and stock availability
• Gather customer feedback and identify issues or sales opportunities
• Execute a schedule of daily customer visits, including route, tasks, and objectives.
• Utilise computer software for stock management, including locating stock codes, checking purchase orders, tracking back orders, and monitoring stock movements and transfers.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to guarantee timely product and service collection.

Required experience:

• Previous experience in sales within a manufacturing or warehouse environment
• Background in the manufacturing or industrial tools sector is highly regarded
• Current drivers licence
• Full working rights within Australia
