We are seeking a full-time Wealth Management Assistant to support operational and client service functions within a fast-paced financial services environment. This individual plays a critical role in ensuring that transactions are processed accurately and efficiently while providing exceptional service to clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Open and set up new accounts across platforms such as National Financial Services, Envestnet, and AnnuityRight.
- Process and reconcile client transactions and distribution requests.
- Create and monitor transfer requests to ensure timely movement of funds.
- Research and resolve client inquiries and service issues.
- Review time-sensitive and complex documentation for accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain detailed client records and activity logs in Redtail CRM.
- Communicate status updates and resolutions clearly with clients.
- Update account information and maintain ongoing documentation.
- Participate in special projects and administrative support tasks as assigned.
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in administrative support or customer service within financial services.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- High attention to detail with effective problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent phone etiquette and written/verbal communication skills.
- Ability to follow processes and procedures with consistency.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Redtail CRM or similar client management systems.
- Familiarity with account platforms such as NFS, Envestnet, and AnnuityRight.
