Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Consultant with 4 to 6 years of experience in Workday Cloud HCM Absence Management and Workday HCM. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model during day shifts contributing to the enhancement of our HR systems. Experience in Finance and Accounting is a plus enabling a comprehensive understanding of business processes.
Responsibilities
Implement Workday Cloud HCM Absence Management solutions to optimize HR processes and improve efficiency.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for Workday HCM implementations.Configure and test Workday HCM modules to ensure seamless integration with existing systems.Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Workday HCM applications to resolve issues promptly.Develop and maintain documentation for Workday HCM processes and configurations to ensure clarity and consistency.Conduct training sessions for end-users to enhance their understanding and utilization of Workday HCM features.Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to enhance functionality and user experience.Assist in the development of project plans and timelines to ensure timely delivery of Workday HCM solutions.Analyze data and generate reports to support decision-making and strategic planning.Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all Workday HCM activities.Stay updated with the latest Workday HCM features and best practices to provide innovative solutions.Contribute to the companys goals by enhancing HR systems and processes impacting overall business success.Qualifications
Possess strong expertise in Workday Cloud HCM Absence Management and Workday HCM.Demonstrate experience in configuring and implementing Workday HCM modules.Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.Have a good understanding of Finance and Accounting processes enhancing domain knowledge.Show proficiency in data analysis and report generation to support business decisions.Display strong communication skills for effective collaboration and training.Maintain a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies.Certifications Required
