Job Summary
We are seeking a Sr. Consultant with 6 to 8 years of experience in Workday HCM Compensation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Workday HCM and a good understanding of Finance & Accounting and Hi-Tech domains. Possess strong expertise in Workday HCM Compensation with proven implementation experience.Demonstrate proficiency in configuring and integrating Workday HCM modules.Have a good understanding of Finance & Accounting and Hi-Tech domains.Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.Show strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.Display the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work model.Maintain a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies.
