Job Summary

exp with compensation benefit and preferably advanced compensation experience focusing on Payroll Compensation and Benefits. You will leverage your expertise in Workday Cloud HCM Security and Generative AI to enhance system functionalities. This role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business success.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of Workday HCM solutions ensuring alignment with business objectives and requirements.
• Oversee the optimization of Payroll Compensation and Benefits modules to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address system enhancements and process improvements.
• Utilize Generative AI to develop innovative solutions that improve system functionalities and user experience.
• Ensure data integrity and security within the Workday Cloud HCM environment.
• Provide expert guidance on Workday Reporting & Analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
• Develop and maintain advanced Excel models to support financial analysis and reporting.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective Workday solutions.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure seamless operations.
• Conduct training sessions to enhance user proficiency in Workday tools and processes.
• Stay updated with the latest Workday features and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
• Support the integration of Workday HCM with other enterprise systems to streamline operations.
• Foster a collaborative work environment to achieve project goals and enhance team productivity.

Qualifications

• Possess a minimum of 8 years of experience in Workday HCM with expertise in Payroll Compensation and Benefits.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Workday Cloud HCM Security and Generative AI.
• Have strong analytical skills and experience in Workday Reporting & Analytics.
• Exhibit advanced Excel skills for financial modeling and analysis.
• Experience in Asset & Wealth Management or Finance & Accounting is a plus.
• Proficient in English with excellent communication skills.
