Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in a technical project management or a customer-facing role.
  • Ability to communicate in Spanish fluently.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in project/program management or developing scalable solutions within the Tech or Media industry.
  • Experience with data analysis (SQL, spreadsheets, evaluating campaign and channel performance).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, time-sensitive projects while working independently to drive projects to completion and high attention to detail.
  • Strong technical aptitude with demonstrated ability to troubleshoot issues and effectively communicate complex technical concepts to audiences.
  • Excellent communication, presentation planning and time management skills.
  • Demonstrated record of being proactive, making constructive suggestions, and coming up with innovative ways to scale initiatives.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $89,000-$127,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Responsibilities

  • Provide operational support for partners on the YouTube platform via email and video communication. Manage support issues (cases) through a queue.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues to enable partners to maximize their performance on the platform. Serve as a consultant to internal, cross-functional stakeholders on the YouTube product.
  • Work with assigned Strategic Partner Managers (SPMs) and Partner Engineers on account deep-dives, business reviews, and sharing insights for partner growth.
  • Utilize key metrics to assess data through both quantitative and qualitative analysis, generating actionable insights. Identify opportunities for operational workflow optimization and process improvement.
  • Contribute to scaling Partner Operations for YouTube through innovation, efficiency gains, and root cause analysis; streamlining the operational workflow by identifying and eliminating bottlenecks.
