Access Management Specialist

Cognizant is looking for an Access Management Specialist. This position will be responsible for providing fulfillment of security access services and second-level support. You will ensure that all technical issues are resolved promptly and effectively contributing to the overall success of our IT operations. This role requires a strong understanding of Windows environments and user access management with a focus on delivering exceptional service in a hybrid work model.

In this role, you will:

• Executing defined end-user account add/change/delete and disable procedures on our internal computing systems.

• Responsible for completing daily, monthly, and on-demand data maintenance assignments as required.

• Interaction with the Service Desk and customers for user support issues relating to access fulfillment and any issues relating to systems access.

What you’ll need to succeed (required skills):

• Bachelors degree with Computer Science or related discipline is preferred.

• Hands-on experience supporting Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Azure Cloud including Azure AD, Exchange, Microsoft 365 Admin Center.

• Experience with Active Directory, Exchange, Azure Active Directory, Azure Exchange, Dynamics AX, and CRM, and Oracle account administration.

• Knowledge of Okta Enterprise is considered an asset.

• Ability to learn new processes and skills as they are utilized by the company.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
