Are you an experienced sales leader with a talent for connecting with high-level decision-makers and driving complex deals? Accountabilities:

  • Drive new revenue by identifying and converting high-potential enterprise prospects into long-term clients.
  • Partner with a team of XDRs to develop and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Define and execute tailored sales strategies that clearly communicate the platform’s impact on operations and revenue.
  • Nurture client relationships post-sale, upselling and cross-selling relevant products to maximize account growth.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (sales engineering, marketing, product, and customer success) to deliver seamless client experiences.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline visibility through effective CRM usage.
  • Engage with C-suite stakeholders and external partners to support large-scale enterprise deals.
  • Sell to multi-location auto businesses, typically closing contracts valued between $500K and $1M.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of high-performance sales experience, ideally within a fast-paced tech environment.
  • Proven expertise in navigating complex enterprise sales cycles and negotiating high-value contracts.
  • Strong understanding of B2B SaaS platforms and ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — able to quickly build trust and rapport.
  • Experience working in or with startups is a plus; an entrepreneurial mindset is essential.
  • Comfortable traveling 30–40% of the time to engage clients and prospects in person.
  • Self-motivated, coachable, team-oriented, and driven by continuous learning and improvement.
