This remote opportunity is ideal for a dynamic and driven sales professional eager to close deals and scale impact in a high-growth SaaS environment. You’ll manage your full sales pipeline — from sourcing and qualifying leads to running demos and closing business — while being supported by a dedicated SDR team. Accountabilities:
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, converting leads into active accounts.
- Make 40+ outbound touches per day using phone, email, and other outreach methods.
- Conduct compelling web-based product demos to showcase value and convert prospects.
- Qualify and develop new opportunities within target accounts, focusing on healthcare practices.
- Maintain accurate data and forecasting in Salesforce and Outreach.
- Consistently meet or exceed activity, pipeline, and sales metrics.
- Collaborate with the SDR team and Customer Success team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients.
- Use both transactional and consultative sales strategies to expand relationships and grow account value over time.
- Proactively identify barriers and craft solutions to drive consistent performance and customer adoption.
Requirements
- 2+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience; healthcare industry experience is a plus.
- Proven success in hunting and closing new business using a consultative sales approach.
- Comfortable in high-activity environments with a strong outbound calling/emailing focus.
- Resilient, optimistic, and highly motivated by achievement and competition.
- Strong communicator who can clearly articulate value through product demos and objection handling.
- Technically proficient with Salesforce and Outreach; quick to adopt new tools and workflows.
- Able to prioritize, multitask, and remain organized under pressure.
- Coachable, resourceful, and proactive in finding ways around challenges.
- Collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
