This is a high-impact, outbound-focused sales role where you’ll drive new business and guide prospective clients through the full sales journey — from initial contact to onboarding. You’ll engage small teams of service providers, tailoring your pitch to meet their unique needs and setting them up for long-term success. As part of a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment, you’ll be instrumental in helping scale the customer base while contributing to a vibrant sales culture. This is a remote-first position, with hybrid options available for candidates based in the NYC area.

Accountabilities:

  • Own the full outbound sales cycle, from prospecting and lead qualification to closing deals.
  • Adapt messaging to a range of buyers, from small business owners to seasoned operators.
  • Deliver personalized product demos and onboarding experiences to ensure long-term customer success.
  • Consistently meet or exceed KPIs and sales targets, driving pipeline growth and revenue.
  • Gather and escalate customer feedback to inform improvements across marketing, product, and operations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to refine positioning, optimize outreach, and support overall sales strategy.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in a high-velocity sales role or related internship.
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Experience with CRMs such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Familiarity with short-cycle sales processes in fast-moving, small business environments.
  • A self-starter who thrives on outbound prospecting, lead generation, and conversion.
  • Data-driven mindset with a strong grasp of sales metrics like win rates and quota attainment.
  • Bonus: Understanding of the beauty or wellness industry and its customer base.
