Accountabilities:

  • Cultivate and grow long-term relationships with executive-level client stakeholders to ensure retention and satisfaction.
  • Deeply understand client business goals, challenges, and operations to tailor solutions that drive measurable success.
  • Educate clients on platform capabilities and advise on maximizing value through strategic adoption.
  • Identify new revenue opportunities within existing accounts and lead the sales process to achieve portfolio growth targets.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews and strategic planning sessions to align on value and future objectives.
  • Represent client needs internally, collaborating with cross-functional teams to shape solutions and manage expectations.
  • Drive thought leadership opportunities within client organizations to deepen engagement and credibility.
  • Maintain expertise across advertising platforms, advanced analytics, and AdTech/MarTech trends.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of account management experience, preferably in SaaS environments with enterprise-level clients.
  • Strong knowledge of digital advertising, including SEM, social media, and display campaigns.
  • Proven success in managing and expanding complex client relationships, including communications with C-level executives.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
  • Track record of growing revenue from existing accounts and aligning client strategy with business goals.
  • Strategic thinker with technical acumen in digital advertising technologies.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build trust both internally and externally.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% within the US.
  • US-based remote position; Vermont-based candidates may work onsite if preferred.
