Join a dynamic experiential marketing team that creates premium, high-impact activations for VIP audiences across sports, fashion, entertainment, and the luxury lifestyle sector. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with senior professionals on top-tier client events, manage logistics from planning to on-site execution, and contribute creatively to campaigns and pitches. Accountabilities:
- Support planning and execution of high-end experiential events, ranging from intimate gatherings to large-scale activations.
- Coordinate logistics across multiple verticals (sports, fashion, art, etc.) including communication with vendors, venues, and hospitality partners.
- Assist with marketing submissions and creative approvals while ensuring compliance with brand guidelines.
- Create and manage key documents such as itineraries, guest lists, signage, training materials, and status reports.
- Participate in client calls and meetings, develop creative presentations, and contribute to pitches.
- Track budgets, process invoices, and reconcile expenses in collaboration with internal finance teams.
- Maintain detailed organization of supply kits, event assets, and shipping logistics.
- Provide on-site event support, ensuring a seamless, high-touch guest experience.
- Research trends and propose new ideas to enhance event strategy and execution.
- Collaborate cross-functionally within the agency to maintain knowledge of internal capabilities and resources.
Requirements
- 1–2+ years of professional experience in events, marketing, or luxury hospitality.
- Exceptional multitasking abilities and comfort working with multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and/or InDesign is required; Google Slides and Canva are a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with high attention to detail.
- Professional, polished demeanor and a service-driven mindset.
- Passion for the luxury lifestyle sector, events, and experiential marketing.
- MAC proficiency and strong command of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work evenings/weekends and travel as needed.
- Based in the NYC or Tri-State area; onsite presence required Monday–Thursday, with remote work on Fridays.
- Familiarity with multiple languages and client-facing experience with high-net-worth individuals is a plus.
