Role Overview
The Account Strategist (AS) in MPO (Marketplace Performance Outcomes) plays a pivotal role in driving client success and revenue growth across marketplace and retail media partnerships. This role is client-facing and strategically positioned to manage high-impact relationships and optimize campaign performance.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
Maintain day-to-day communication with key MPO clients, ensuring trust and alignment
Upsell & Revenue Growth
Identify upsell opportunities and drive incremental revenue through performance-based strategies, especially within high-potential accounts.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with internal teams including Analytics, Creative Services, Technical Solutions, and TAM to tailor solutions for each client. Provide feedback to global teams like Product Analytis and R&D to influence product evolution
Campaign Optimization
Monitor and optimize campaign performance, leveraging tools like internal reporting tools, various optimization levers like optimization algorithms and campaign set ups (Lower~Upper funnel)
Strategic Consulting
Advise clients on digital strategy, digital advertisement business, and offsite advertising solutions. Position MPO as a scalable, performance-driven solution.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Analytical mindset with ability to interpret performance data
Ownership and autonomy in managing client portfolios
Ability to collaborate across functions and regions
Strategic thinking and adaptability in a fast-evolving product landscape
