  • Participate in QA and implementation meetings, providing summaries and feedback to leadership.
  • Support regression testing to prevent accounting logic issues and assist in grooming development tickets.
  • Assist implementation teams by translating client feedback into actionable tasks for developers.

  • Maintain and update internal documentation related to accounting procedures and system behavior.
  • Act as a liaison between implementation and development teams to ensure compliance with accounting standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA certification is an advantage but not required.
  • Minimum of 3 years hands-on accounting experience, preferably with exposure to accounting systems such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, or Xero.
  • Experience or familiarity with quality assurance or software testing processes is highly desirable.
  • Solid understanding of fundamental accounting principles including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, profit and loss, and journal entries.
  • Strong documentation and communication skills, able to work cross-functionally.
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets) for reconciliation and reporting tasks.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

Benefits

  • Competitive hourly compensation ranging from $8 to $13 USD, paid bi-weekly.
  • Permanent remote work with flexible schedule (Pacific Standard Time, night shift).
  • Weekends off to support work-life balance.
