As part of our expansion into Malaysia, we are building a strong foundation — and our Sales & Admin Support Executive will play a key role in supporting our growing sales team and ensuring smooth internal operations.
About This Role
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Sales & Admin Support Executive to assist in day-to-day sales operations, internal coordination, and administrative tasks. You will work closely with the sales and customer success teams, ensuring that client processes, documentation, and internal workflows are accurate, timely, and well-executed.
The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. This is a great opportunity for someone who is eager to learn, takes initiative, and thrives in a growing, startup-style team.
This Is What Your Job Scope Will Be...
Sales & Admin Support
- Support the sales team in preparing quotations and invoices.
- Assist in data entry for new or ongoing project setups.
- Help manage inventory records and ensure accurate tracking.
Administrative Tasks
- Provide general office administrative support, including coordination of documentation.
- Assist with scheduling, internal communication, and filing.
Client & Internal Team Support
- Engage directly with SME and startup clients when required to support the sales process.
- Provide internal support to the Customer Success Team in onboarding and client servicing needs.
- Handle ad hoc duties to support cross-functional teams.
Requirements
We Would Love to Hear From You If...
- You are proficient in English and Mandarin Chinese (as communications with Chinese speaking clients would be required)
- You have a Diploma or Advanced Diploma (preferably in Business Admin, Marketing, or related fields).
- You’re organized, reliable, and able to multitask effectively.
- You can work independently and stay composed under pressure.
- You’re enthusiastic, open to feedback, and quick to learn.
- You have a strong sense of responsibility — you meet deadlines, follow through, and take ownership.
- You’re friendly, approachable, and care about delivering great support.
- You have good communication skills and professional written English.
- You are proficient in:
- Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
- Email and messaging apps (e.g., Slack, WhatsApp)
