Role Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Sales Operations Executive to support the Singapore Sales Ops Manager and assist cross-functional teams reporting into KL. This role will help manage CRM workflows, dashboards, data reporting, and contribute to process setup and data migration activities for other teams as well.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Sales Ops Support
- Maintain and update data in HubSpot CRM
- Generate and format sales reports, trackers, and dashboards
- Support sales funnel tracking and follow-up status monitoring
- Perform data entry, cleanup, deduplication, and record management
- Monitor lead allocation and provide weekly performance summaries
🔹 Cross-Team Support (KL-based Teams Reporting to Sales OPS)
- Assist in setting up basic SOPs and workflow processes for operations, research, or telesales-related tasks
- Help with data migration tasks – including cleaning, formatting, and mapping from Excel/Sheets to target systems like HubSpot or shared folders
- Coordinate with different team leads in KL to ensure consistency in reporting formats and documentation
- Support in maintaining and organizing shared drives, dashboards, and master trackers
Requirements
Skills & Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of experience in Sales Ops, Admin, CRM, or general operations support
- Comfortable using HubSpot CRM (preferred) or other similar CRM tools (min 1 year exp)
- Proficient in Google Sheets / Excel (formulas, filters, pivot tables, VLOOKUP) is mandatory
- Organized, resourceful, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Good communication skills (written & verbal)
- Familiarity with workflow tools (e.g., Airtable, Trello, Notion) or shared folder management (Google Drive, Dropbox)
