Your Duties:
- Managing team calendars and incoming emails using Outlook and Teams.
- Maintaining accurate records of all job progress.
- Processing weekly staff payroll with precision using WorkflowMax and Xero.
- Preparing detailed quotations for clients.
- Handling general office administration tasks.
About You:
- Demonstrated proficiency and experience with Xero accounting software.
- Excellent communication skills.
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a supportive team.
