- 2 years of experience working with digital media or digital marketing/advertising solutions, implementing and measuring campaigns and providing client solutions.
- Ability to communicate in English and Japanese fluently, as this role involves working with Japan-based businesses and clients.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA.
- Experience in project management, with ability to collaborate with a variety of teams.
- Knowledge of online/offline advertising solutions and the media landscape.
- Understanding of Google products, with the ability to coach team members on how to implement and optimize them.
- Ability to analyze large data and number sets to synthesize results, draw conclusions, and convert them into business opportunities.
About the job
As the gTech Ads Solutions Video Specialist, you will be responsible to keep providing high quality solutions to our customers over supporting Google's top advertisers and agencies by providing the best possible consultation on Google Ads platforms. Also, you will work with the Japan Sales teams to set strategic objectives and run the day-to-day operations for the business.
On top of the local contributions to Japan business, you will be required to partner with your peers in other countries to impact the APAC Media Solutions team as well.

Responsibilities
- Understand client contexts and provide the best solutions to achieve their CBOs by utilizing all existing resources in and outside of the team.
- Lead and action plans to identify, standardize, and centralize activities related to sales support.
- Be the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Google Ads Video Product usage for any situation. Provide high and unique values through product performance solutions.
- Deliver excellent performance and develop digital marketing expertise for the team.
- Identify process improvement areas and solutions. Share and encourage best practices across LCS teams.
