Step into a key role on a dynamic marketing team where you'll help shape and grow exciting consumer beverage brands. As an Associate Brand Manager, you’ll bring data to life — turning insights into action, collaborating across functions, and driving product and brand strategies forward. From innovating new packaging to optimizing sales materials, this role blends creativity with analytical thinking. You'll have visibility across the full product lifecycle and a chance to contribute to nationwide campaigns in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.
Accountabilities:
- Collaborate on the development and execution of marketing strategies to launch and support innovative, consumer-focused products.
- Plan and manage sales, retail, and consumer support programs that drive brand visibility and performance.
- Analyze syndicated, POS, qualitative, and quantitative data to generate actionable insights.
- Translate brand analytics, performance metrics, and media plans into retailer-ready sales materials.
- Recommend brand plans aimed at improving margins and enhancing EBITDA.
- Partner with the Insights team to identify portfolio gaps and develop data-driven strategies for brand growth.
- Support product innovation and development, from concept through commercialization — including packaging, positioning, and formula evaluations.
- Participate in onsite product tastings and competitive analysis to support innovation initiatives.
- Work cross-functionally to align teams on marketing goals and deliverables.
- Execute additional responsibilities as assigned in alignment with evolving business needs.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in brand, product, or marketing management within the CPG sector.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proven ability to lead projects from strategy through execution in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with end-to-end product development and commercialization.
- Knowledge of syndicated data platforms (IRI preferred) and traditional retail channels (grocery, club, mass, convenience).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity, open to feedback, and passionate about consumer trends.
- Willingness to travel up to 3 times per quarter as business needs arise.

- Competitive base salary range: $76,000–$100,000 (commensurate with experience).
