In this role, you'll assist medical professionals during procedures, lead in-service trainings, and ensure optimal system performance in the field. You’ll work closely with surgeons and operating room staff, contributing directly to patient care and treatment outcomes. Accountabilities:

  • Deliver hands-on support for robotic-assisted surgical procedures and clinical education to physicians and hospital staff.
  • Conduct product training, in-services, and technical troubleshooting to support product adoption and confidence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Clinical, and Professional Education to facilitate seamless training and support.
  • Assist with on-site installations, software updates, and maintenance of robotic systems.
  • Respond to customer feedback and relay insights to internal teams to improve product performance.
  • Maintain regulatory compliance and documentation per quality and safety standards.
  • Travel frequently to client sites, providing high-level clinical and technical support nationwide.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • 1–2 years of experience in sales, healthcare, or medical device support preferred.
  • Strong understanding of scientific and medical concepts, especially in surgical environments.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to present technical content clearly.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for team collaboration and customer engagement.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to fast-paced settings, and make informed decisions under pressure.
  • Willingness to travel up to 75% across the US.
  • Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in clinical and technical environments, including operating rooms.
