We're hiring for a Project Manager in Dublin, Ireland. The role holder must be willing to travel onsite 3 days a week.

Our client plays a strategic leadership role in advancing digital service delivery and driving innovation across the public sector. They maintain oversight of digital and ICT-related initiatives proposed by government departments and agencies, ensuring these align with national priorities and standards. Additionally, our client represents Ireland at the European Union level on matters related to public service ICT, digital transformation, and eGovernment.

Requirements

The following non-exhaustive list of Key Deliverables, are applicable to this Role.

  • Leads and manages the risk, quality and progress of ICT projects to organisational standards.
  • Ensures projects are completed on time, on budget, to quality standards, and within agreed scope.
  • Plans and manages the implementation of organisation-wide processes and procedures, tools and techniques for the identification, assessment, and management of risk inherent in the operation of business processes and of potential risks arising from planned ICT- enabled change.
  • Has excellent communication (both written and verbal) and organisational skills which are required to fulfil the role.
  • Recognised Project Management qualification e.g. PMP (Project Management Professional)
  • Demonstrable with evidenced experience in project managing both traditional waterfall and agile projects at scale.
