AWS DevOps Lead

Experience: 10+ years

Responsibilities

· Lead the design and implementation of cloud solutions using AWS services to meet business requirements.

· Oversee the integration of AWS Glue for data processing and transformation tasks.

· Provide expertise in AWS DevOps to streamline development and deployment processes.

· Utilize AWS Trusted Advisor to ensure cloud resources are optimized for cost performance and security.

· Implement the AWS Well-Architected Framework to maintain best practices in cloud architecture.

· Manage AWS SSO to ensure secure and efficient user access management.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align cloud strategies with business objectives.

· Ensure cloud solutions are compliant with industry standards and regulations in the Cards and Payments domain.

· Monitor and optimize cloud infrastructure to enhance performance and reduce costs.

· Troubleshoot and resolve cloud-related issues to maintain system reliability.

· Develop and maintain documentation for cloud architecture and processes.

· Stay updated with the latest AWS technologies and industry trends to drive innovation.

· Contribute to the companys mission by enhancing cloud capabilities that improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.


Qualifications

· Possess strong expertise in AWS services including AWS Glue AWS DevOps and AWS Trusted Advisor.

· Demonstrate experience in implementing the AWS Well-Architected Framework and managing AWS SSO.

· Have a solid understanding of the Cards and Payments domain to ensure domain-specific compliance and optimization.

· Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex cloud issues.

· Show proficiency in collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve strategic goals.

· Display a commitment to staying current with AWS advancements and industry best practices.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $79,240– $133,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and is subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
