Account specific roles and responsibilities
- Retrieve requested documents primarily from EMR systems.
- If documents are not located in the EMR, contact facility staff to obtain them.
- Ensure accurate and complete collection of documents as per request specifications.
- Submit all gathered documents promptly and through the appropriate channels.
- Maintain confidentiality and follow data protection and privacy guidelines at all times.
- Work collaboratively with team members and escalate issues when needed.
Requirements
- At least 6 months BPO experience (Back-office)
- Experience handling EMR (Electronic Medical Records) is an advantage
- Good Verbal and Written English skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Self-driven, ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Willing to work onsite in Buendia, Makati or Shaw, Mandaluyong
- Amenable working night shift
