As a Business Analyst Associate, you will be responsible for gathering and documenting business requirements, collaborating with stakeholders to translate their needs into functional specifications, and creating process maps and workflows. You will also participate in UAT, maintain project documentation throughout the SDLC, support process improvement initiatives, and assist in the implementation of new systems and processes to enhance operational efficiency. Your main role would be to improve processes across different Departments using process improvement techniques like Six Sigma, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping etc. and assist in Transformation Projects.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into clear functional specifications
- Create and maintain process maps and workflows using MS Visio or other process mapping tools
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate that solutions meet business requirements
- Support the development and maintenance of project documentation throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Contribute to process engineering initiatives aimed at enhancing business processes and improving operational efficiency
- Provide assistance during the implementation and rollout of new systems and processes
Requirements
Must-have Skills / Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in business analysis, project support, or related roles
- Proficiency in business analysis and project management tools such as Microsoft Visio and Monday.com; experience with comparable tools can also be considered
Advantageous Skills:
- Experience in UAT, storyboards, and drafting business cases
- Experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, or data analysis
