Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Math, Quantitative Science, or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience working in data analytics, consulting, data science, engineering, finance or a technical operations role.
- 6 years of experience in statistical problem solving and analyzing data sets using SQL or comparable coding language (e.g., Python, R, Java, C++).
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Data Science, etc.).
- 5 years of experience with designing experiments, developing statistical models, measurement, and identifying business opportunities.
- Experience in data analysis, with the ability to solve problems in complex, fast-moving, and ambiguous business environments through solid data intuition and business acumen.
- Experience influencing senior leadership on analytical decision making.
- Knowledge of Google tools (e.g., Plex, BQ, etc.).

- Produce deep insights on the Global Cloud business performance and present actions/programs to improve performance (Pipeline, Health Indicators) for the short and long-term.
- Support executive leadership on regular and recurring business performance reviews (e.g., sales forecasts, QBCs) and drive insights within the region that influence strategic plans and execution.
- Share best practices with other regional/global Google Sales Operations teams.
- Engage in ad-hoc analyses to understand business performance/user metrics, KPI’s and provide concise summaries and recommendations to management.
