The opportunity
The Business Development Manager sits within the Electrification + Energy Solutions (E+ES) Division. You will manage customers’ projects and coordinate field pilots primarily for Construction Industries in Europe.
This role will reward you with a dynamic working environment, where innovation and a startup mindset enables solution development to support our customers in achieving their sustainability roadmap. This is a highly strategic role that relies on effective networking and exceptional interpersonal skills as there is significant interdependency across Caterpillar with key business partners.
This Business Development Manager role in the E+ES Business Development team, will diligently focus on executing projects, relying on a strategic perspective to assure the most relevant outcome and impact to develop and validate solutions and business models. The position often manages complex issues or problems, which require careful analysis and diagnosis. Problems are often unique, and solutions can require non-traditional approaches as well as innovate.
