Salary: $1,000 per month

Job Overview:

We’re seeking a proactive, results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to help connect small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) with exceptional Filipino remote talent. This role involves targeting key decision-makers (CEOs, founders, managers) in industries such as e-commerce, real estate, creative services, and customer support, generating qualified leads, and driving conversations that align with our offshore recruitment and HR management services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Outreach
    • Conduct outbound prospecting (email, calls, LinkedIn) to generate leads and set qualified appointments.
    • Use tools like Apollo, Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo (or similar) to identify prospects.
    • Personalize outreach based on client hiring needs, industry trends, and signals of active growth.
  • Industry-Specific Targeting
    • Research hiring managers and decision-makers across target industries.
    • Coordinate with the recruiting team to align outreach with available high-potential candidates.
    • Track engagement and flag strong prospects for follow-up.
  • Appointment Setting
    • Book 10–20 qualified sales appointments per month, focusing on quality over volume.
    • Ensure smooth handover of leads to the sales and recruitment teams.
  • CRM & Reporting
    • Document all outreach and activity consistently in CRM tools or tracking spreadsheets.
    • Report campaign performance and share feedback to improve outreach strategies.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of experience in BDR, appointment setting, or outbound lead generation roles.
  • Experience in recruitment, outsourcing, or BPO services is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with SMB pain points and challenges around hiring and scaling offshore teams.
  • Strong communication skills (email, phone, LinkedIn); able to convey value clearly and professionally.
  • Comfortable working with CRMs, prospecting tools, and performance tracking systems.
